The canton of Schaffhausen ranks 14th of the 22 cantons with largely complete parcel data by number of parcels and 16th by total parcel area. Of its 26 municipalities with parcel data, Schaffhausen (10’508), Thayngen (4’078) and Beringen (2’592) have the most parcels, which together hold 37.3% of the canton's parcels.
